Potatas Bravas
Make this classic tapas dish part of your cooking repertoire – it's simply airfried potatoes in a spicy sauce.
This recipe is inspired by my love for the patatas bravas dish from the local Spanish tapas restaurant, I order it every time so I needed a low calorie alternative for at home.

Leaving the skiun on, cube the potatoes and add to an airfryer.
Cook for 30 minutes at 180C until crispy, shaking halfway through.
Alternatively oven bake for 25-30 minutes at 175C.
In a bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.
I use 1 teaspoon of hot sauce to add colour and a kick of heat, but add more or less depending on your heat preference.
Once the potatoes are cooked, top with the sauce and the chopped spring onion.
These are perfect addition to any homemade tapas dishes!
